My mom just emailed me the link to Camels and Chocolate’s post about how hard it is to become a travel writer. Here is what my mom (who now has a Facebook and Google account to become a follower of my blog!) said: Hello dear! I know that you are busy, but I have a few observations to share with you: First, although I am a reasonably intelligent and tech saavy person, I really don’t get this Facebook thing for adults. Do people just sit around all day while at work, uploading new photos and videos and writing comments? I need a class in how to navigate this new system. Secondly, I just read the “So you wanna be a travel writer ” post on Camels and Chocolate and I can see you networking and getting this kind of experience already. Way to go, girl! Lots of Love, Mom It sure perked up my boring night in the library!
