Beautiful campus! I love visiting old campuses and taking photos. The architecture is sometimes so amazing…and then there are the characters that often populate campus

Funny story with the parrot. A guy was standing there snapping pics with his point-n-shoot and talking to this massive bird as we were leaving. According to dude, he was being featured in Rolling Stone magazine after being seen at a concert. I was like, “cool, can I take some pictures?” HUGE bird.

That’s how I feel about Santa Cruz. I came *this* close to going there, but I just couldn’t bite the bullet. I’m glad, I love where I went and I met Mike there, but Santa Cruz will ALWAYS be special to me.

The University of the South! My friend went to school here and talks about how much he loved it and how beautiful it was. He was right!
